This is a collection of motion design work from my time with Raytheon Australia. The collection is mostly internal-facing content as I am restricted with what I am able to show publicly.
Managing Director's Excellence Awards
The Managing Director's Excellence Awards recognises the top performers for the year across six categories and one overall winner of the Managing Director's Excellence Award. Our brief for the concept was to introduce a contemporary aesthetic to the pre-established grandeur of the awards.
These are some of the animated sequences from the awards event. All of the sequences were separated into individual files that held on the final frame for the event crew to trigger the transitions when required.
Microsoft Teams Rollout Campaign
This was an internal campaign that supported the company's migration to using Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for all communication and collaboration. It was a large transition to manage with roughly 1500 employees nationwide. The campaign's purpose was to educate employees about using Teams, promote its benefits, and ultimately gain their buy-in for the transition.

Hive Plus Stings
Hive Plus is Raytheon Australia's internal communications channel. It resides on the company intranet and the digital notice boards in each of the company's offices or production sites. Different variations of these stings are used at the start and end of internal videos and to break up content on the digital noticeboards.
Studio Talks Intro
Studio Talks is an ongoing series of interviews with key stakeholders from the company. It is commonly used to spread internal awareness for new projects, initiatives, and events. It is also used on occasion for external videos as a part of a marketing campaign.
Internal safety campaign 'Right'
This internal safety campaign kicked off in the 2nd half of 2022. It urged employees to simply do the right thing and highlighted their involvement in the company's safety standards. These animations are from a series of screensavers that were rolled out during the campaign. Each dot represents an Individual, and when these unite they form a more complete picture of safety across the company.
